HeliosNode provides hosting-related services including, but not limited to:

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Game Hosting
• Web Hosting
• Dedicated Server Solutions

Service availability may vary based on infrastructure capacity, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed under their account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and billing processes.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use HeliosNode services for:

• Illegal activities or content distribution.
• Malware, phishing, or abusive network activity.
• DDoS attacks or malicious traffic generation.
• Unauthorized access attempts or exploitation.
• Spam or mass unsolicited communications.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

5. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay invoices by the due date may result in service suspension or termination.

Refund eligibility, if applicable, is subject to our refund policy.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While we strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability, HeliosNode does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may temporarily impact service performance.

7. BACKUPS AND DATA LOSS

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless a managed backup service is explicitly included with their plan.

HeliosNode shall not be held responsible for data loss, corruption, or service interruptions.

8. TERMINATION

HeliosNode reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in activities harmful to our infrastructure or users.

Customers may cancel services at any time through the client portal.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HeliosNode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may rely on third-party providers, software, or infrastructure. HeliosNode is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, website content, designs, logos, and materials associated with HeliosNode remain the intellectual property of HeliosNode unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
